Tickets & Badges
Entry to all conference activities is by name badge only. Please wear your name badge at all time. Guests will present a ticket for entrance to activities.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
NACM Southwest understands that unfortunate circumstances may sometimes affect your ability to attend our conference. Should a request for a refund be necessary, please submit your request in writing to NACM Southwest. For written requests received on or before August 30, 2019, full registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Between August 31, 2019 and September 13, 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Due to the financial obligations incurred by NACM Southwest on behalf of the All South Conference, no refunds or credits are possible for cancellations received after September 14, 2019; however, replacements may be made at any time.
Photography Release Statement
NACM Southwest or its contractors will be taking photographs at the All South Conference. By attending this conference, attendees, speakers and guests understand and agree to allow their image to be used by NACM Southwest in publications, on the web and in marketing or promotional materials. Attendance at the conference waives NACM Southwest from liability resulting from these uses.
Facilities Usage Fee
We urge you to stay at our conference hotel during the conference so that we can meet the financial commitments we’ve made. In order to qualify for meeting space, we need a full room block. Filling our room block also helps keep negotiated room rates as low as possible. If we do not honor the commitments we’ve made, we will incur penalties and additional costs. Therefore, we urge all meeting participants to reserve a sleeping room at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk, our conference hotel. Attendees electing not to stay at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk during the conference will be charged a Facilities Usage Fee of $250 to help us to offset penalties and fees. Those with a residential address in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding areas are exempt from the Facilities Usage Fee.
