Gayle Jacobs, Senior Vice President, Marsh
Gayle is based in Southwest Michigan and is a Senior Advisor for Political Risk and Structured Credit (PR/SC). She currently leads the political risk team within the US PR/SC practice. In this role she also supports multinational clients and non-profit organizations with global political risk insurance placements.
Gayle Jacobs joined Marsh in 2019 following Marsh’s acquisition of JLT. She has been a broker of Political Risk Insurance since 2007. Prior to working in the insurance industry, Gayle served as an Intelligence Officer for the Defense Intelligence Agency (US Department of Defense) in Washington D.C. and worked for the Foreign Commercial Service at the US Embassy in Paris.

Mark Regenhardt, Managing Director, Marsh
Mark Regenhardt, located in Chicago, Illinois, is a Managing Director of the Global Clients Group in the Americas and leads the US Trade Credit Insurance Business Development, which are both part of Marsh’s Credit Specialties practice. He is responsible for the development and support of global trade credit insurance programs for multi-national companies and growth of trade credit insurance in the United States. Mark joined Marsh in 2019 when they merged with Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (JLT ), one of the world's leading providers of insurance and reinsurance. Headquartered in London, JLT was one of the world’s largest credit and political risk brokerage firms. While at JLT Mark was on the executive leadership team responsible for credit, structured credit, and political risk in the United States.
Before joining JLT, Mark was a Managing Partner and Board member for 18 years in the firm of International Risk Consultants, Inc. (IRC), a leading global company that specialized in domestic, export credit and political risk insurance products. JLT purchased IRC in 2018.
Prior to joining IRC, Mark worked five years at Motorola Inc., where he held various senior finance and credit positions, one of which led to an Ex-patriot assignment in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Mark was responsible for the formation of two international credit departments and for the implementation of several credit-insurance supported trade finance programs in Latin America.
Mark joined Motorola after having worked for the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. This followed an earlier post with the FCIA Management Company, a leading private sector trade credit insurer. His first job after college was with Caterpillar, Inc., in Peoria, Illinois.
Mark is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Missouri. Mark lived in Central America for 10 years growing up and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
