About the Speaker
Susan Archibeque, CCE is the Director of Credit for Nicholas and Company based in Salt Lake City Utah. Susan has over 30 years of experience in credit management and has proven to be an innovative team leader, encouraging team members to want to be their very best. She attributes her success to being able to connect vital behaviors to intrinsic motives, coaching the specifics of behaviors through deliberate practice and building effective teams. She is self-driven, hardworking, enthusiastic and believes with a positive attitude, anything is possible. Under her leadership and while the company experienced double-digit sales growth, she reduced the DSO by 20 days, cutting bad debt write-off in half, and forming a dynamic credit and sales team with a proven track record and top in class in their industry.
