About the Webinar
Doing business in Argentina’s ever changing market and political climate is fast pace and challenging. A business can exhibit no problems one month, and then the next month the business climate or government policies change, putting the company in jeopardy. Credit professionals who do business there must be prepared to stay on top of their customers and never take what was true yesterday as being true today.
The best way to enforce debts and contracts as well as the legal process and remedies for collecting debts in Argentina are some of the topics Buenos Aires-based attorney Juan Pablo Bonfico will cover in this webinar. Credit director, Darrell Horton, CICP, will share some of his experiences and challenges when doing business in South America’s second largest country.
