Brian Loffredo is a construction lawyer and commercial litigator with Offit Kurman, P.A.  For the past 22 years, Brian has represented contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in various construction-related disputes, from basic collections actions to complex multi-million dollar construction matters.  He also assists clients with licensing and compliance under various construction laws, including home improvement laws and licensing regulations. Brian routinely appears in State and Federal courts in MD, DC and VA, and is a frequent lecturer on subjects such as mechanic’s liens, bond claims and construction collections.
