Eva Knickenberg-Giardina, Cocuzza & Associati Studio Legal, Milan, Italy

Eva Knickenberg-Giardina, German and Italian lawyer, specializes in international economics law, corporate law and product liability.Eva has been a member of the Bar of Stuttgart since 1992 and the Bar of Milan since 2003.She assists foreign groups and companies in their business activities in Italy and Italian companies wishing to make investments abroad. Eva worked as head of the legal and tax department of the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce in Milan from 1993 to 1999, when she also held the position of deputy director. Since 2020, she has been partner of Cocuzza & Associati Studio Legale, an independent law firm with offices in Milan and Bologna.Eva speaks German, Italian and English.

Irene Grassi, Cocuzza & Associati Studio Legal, Milan, Italy

Irene Grassi specializes in international trade law, agency and distribution contracts, business and corporate law, private international law, insolvency law, as well as in litigation and international arbitration. Irene has been a member of the Bar of Bologna since 1993, and she is admitted to the Italian Supreme Court.She is lecturer in contracts of international trade at the master course on business lawyers and consultants at the University of Bologna.Since 2020, Irene has been partner of Cocuzza & Associati Studio Legale, an independent law firm with offices in Milan and Bologna.She graduated in law cum laude at the University of Bologna in 1990 and obtained a Ph.D. in European law in 1993; until 1995, she did research and lecturing in international and european law at the University of Bologna.Irene speaks Italian, English, French and German.
