Joshua Casselman, Rubin & Levin, P.C.
Joshua Casselman is a partner at Rubin & Levin, P.C., in Indianapolis. He represents businesses throughout the country in Indiana commercial litigation matters, with a focus on creditors’ rights and construction law. Recently, he successfully represented a mechanic’s lien claimant in a landmark case decided by the Indiana Supreme Court, which significantly expanded the lien protections afforded to suppliers of Indiana construction projects.
