About the Webinar
Get the who, what, where, when and how of mechanics' liens in Delaware. Attorney Jim Hugget will share tips on preparing a proper lien using a lawsuit case study as a means to avoid the need to lien, if possible. He will answer your questions, and for those who are interested, he will spend time at the end on the process of securing and using bonds on public works projects in the state. This webinar will benefit all parties: suppliers, subcontractors or general contractors.
