Steve Winn began his career in credit at an industrial supply and machine tools company before joining MAREK in 1989. Now serving as Director of Credit, he oversees commercial, residential, and staffing operations. In addition to managing credit and collections, he negotiates and reviews contractual agreements for both operations and corporate vendors. His expertise has been featured in publications by NACM and the American Subcontractors Association. In his spare time, he volunteers dismantling commercial playgrounds in the USA and rebuilding those playgrounds in the developing world for kids who have never seen one.
Alaina Worden, CCE, Credit & Collections Manager, CECO, Inc.

Alaina Worden, CCE, shines as Carson's Credit & Collection Manager, boasting an impressive background with over 25 years of experience in the construction, trucking, and fuel industries. Known for her expertise in optimizing credit workflows, Alaina is a sought-after speaker at professional conferences and a dedicated mentor to aspiring credit professionals. Leading by example, she serves as the Chair on the NACM Commercial Services Foundation Board, President of the CFDD Portland Chapter Board, and a Director on the CFDD National Board.
