In a global world, credit professionals need to know how to interact with others beyond their front door. This series of four webinars will provide you with deeper insight into understanding the concept of culture and the dynamics of intercultural interactions. By understanding different communication styles and the influence of culture on communication, you can develop awareness and sensitivity towards intercultural differences and learn how to adapt to them.
About the Speaker
Jeyanthi Srinivasan, Learning & Development Manager, Intercultural Trainer & Expert
Jeyanthi Srinivasan is currently responsible for developing foreign language, intercultural and business communication skills at Robert Bosch, India, a German-based multinational corporation. She has a wide range of experience in conducting intercultural workshops and seminars within India-Germany and India-Vietnam business contexts and global team building workshops for strengthening global communication and collaborations.
Jeyanthi received an intercultural trainer certification from Friedrich Schiller University, Jena, Germany, a master’s degree in German language from Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich, and a postgraduate diploma in teaching German as a foreign language. She grew up in south India, currently lives in Bangalore, and spent time living abroad in Germany.
