Michael focuses on plaintiff-side construction and business litigation, particularly job rights cases including mechanics’ liens, stop notices, and payment bonds. On the business end, he has represented clients in a wide range of business matters, and has carved out a particular specialty in medical supplier cases, including the successful negotiation of a $1.75 million settlement against defendants who were threatening bankruptcy. Michael is also licensed in Arizona, where he handles contract claims, job rights and business litigation on behalf of Lanak &amp Hanna’s clients with interests there.
