About the Webinar

This webinar is about turning your judgments into cash. Come join us to learn about some of the tools (remedies) creditors can use to collect judgments. Our speaker is an experienced collection lawyer who will provide an overview of post judgment collection. He will discuss how to assert a judgment lien, how to sell real property and equipment, and how to go after your debtor’s bank account. This webinar will also explain post judgment discovery and how it can be used to help locate hard to find assets.  The speaker will provide real life “war stories” and provide tips for pursuing your debtors once a judgment is obtained. Join us for this webinar and you will leave with invaluable information which every credit professional should have.
