About the Webinar

The speakers will discuss the metrics they use in reviewing and evaluating credit operations, the options available for selling to marginal and unacceptable credit risks, approaches to balancing additional sales with risks of delinquency and bad debts losses, and responding to executives asking questions about the company's appetite for credit risk and whether such is being fulfilled. 

 

About the Speakers

Eve Sahnow, CCE, GSCFM alumni, OrePac

Eve Sahnow, CCE, is the Corporate Credit Manager for OrePac Building Products in Wilsonville, Oregon. Prior to joining OrePac she worked in SOX compliance, sales force training, and institutional trade support.  She has a B.S. degree in Business Management and earned her Certified Credit Executive certification (CCE) in 2016.   She is also a proud alumni of NACM’s Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management (GSCFM) program.   She was honored with the 2018 CCE Designation of Excellence Award regionally by NACM Commercial Services and nationally by NACM National.  Eve is an active member of NACM’s Credit & Financial Development Division (CFDD) – Portland Chapter.  She currently serves on the NACM Commercial Services Board of Directors.

Shawna Arneson, Senior Global Credit Manager for Precor, Inc.

Detail oriented, customer focused credit professional with 20 years of extensive practical experience in the areas of domestic and international credit, collections and accounts receivable management. A thoughtful strategist who excels at managing ambiguity and assessing risk, she believes in partnering with sales to create win-win results for the end customer. Shawna’s expertise is specializing in maximizing systems and workflow efficiencies and has been a key member of many ERP system implementations.

Shawna currently serves on the board of trustees for Credit Research Foundation, has held many roles within the NACM organization and has been a speaker at NACM Credit Congress on a panel of experts regarding performance metrics in a credit department.
