While it does cost money and time to visit customers, not visiting them could end up costing your company even more by making the wrong decision based on limited information. Customer visits provide unfiltered and candid opportunities to learn about your customers or prospective customers. You get a clearer and more accurate view of how a company is performing when you step into a business. They also help build and strengthen relationships.
Seasoned credit professional Darrell Horton, CICP, of Aristocrat Technologies, and collections attorney Octávio Aronis, of São Paulo, Brazil-based Aronis Advogados, will share a wealth of information about the importance of performing on-site visits, how to prepare for them and what to do when you get there. Learn how to get the most out of your visit, including:
