André Kolkman, a professional interim manager/consultant, likes “people, processes and change.” André has more than 20 years’ experience in credit and collections leadership and interim management roles. His strengths include making processes, people and departments/companies more effective and efficient in the order to cash, credit risk management, working capital area. He has worked for national and international companies and has been active in profit and non-profit businesses such as chemicals, telecom and public institutions.
During his professional career, André led several organizational and/or system change projects. He was faced with the effects of organizational changes like centralization, decentralization or outsourcing of activities in general, but he considered specifically what the impact of these kinds of changes had on employees. He experienced as well the fundaments needed for finishing a change-project successfully, and why a change-project failed.
In this webinar, he will share his view and experiences on change management and provide some fundamental guidelines to become a successful change (credit) manager!
