Heli Kallinki joined UPM in 2009. Over the past 11 years, Heli has held various roles in customer operations, where her career has been focused on developing in-house legal collection, insolvencies and trade credit insurance claims management processes.
Heli lead UPM's global bad debt management team for five years before moving into her current role in 2019 with a focus on trade credit insurance administration and development at UPM.
Richard Talboys, Executive Director, Credit Risks, Willis Towers Watson, London, England
Richard Talboys has worked in credit insurance for 43 years, first with ECCD (the UK ECA), then as a broker before joining Willis Towers Watson in 1987. He has been with WTW for 30 years. Richard has worked with and has experience in a wide array of sectors, including media, travel, commodities, motor trade, energy (electricity, gas and oil) and agrochemical, food and beverages. He is an associate of the UK Chartered Institute of Credit Management and a member of FCIB.
Rob Bolton, Executive Director, Financial Solutions, Willis Towers Watson, London, England
Rob has worked as a broker in credit insurance for 15 years and has been at Willis Towers Watson for five years. Rob manages a portfolio of global clients, with a variety of Insurers, across a wide range of sectors, including global paper manufacturing, motor finance, manufacturing and distribution, and retail. His experience extends across the credit market in servicing and client management. Rob manages large, complex global excess of loss trade credit policies and loss and whole turnover market experience, and programs with centralized credit management.
