In the practice of law since 1984, David O. Huff is a seasoned civil trial litigator whose areas of practice include creditors’ rights, lien enforcement, general commercial and business disputes, construction law, and arbitration. A native Nashvillian, David graduated from Abilene Christian University, cum laude, and from the Texas Tech University School of Law where he was an Editing Director of the Texas Tech Legal Research Board. In 1986, David earned a diploma from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and was elected as a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation in 2006.
