About the Webinar

New Mexico has various time frames and tasks that you must follow based on what role you’re playing on the project and what type of project you’re working on. During this session, NACM Secured Transaction Services’ Chris Ring will cover the variations to help you better understand the New Mexico statute, what needs to be done and when to secure your receivables.

About the Speaker

Chris Ring, NACM Secured Transaction Services

Christopher Ng

Chris Ring, the national sales representative for NACM’s Secured Transaction Services, specializes in assisting credit professionals on how to secure their receivables using mechanic’s lien laws and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Since 2002, Chris has presented seminars on both mechanic’s liens and UCC filings for companies, NACM Affiliate credit conferences, NACM industry credit groups and CFDD meetings.
