Jake Newcomb, Davis, Butt, Taylor & Clark, PLC
Jacob “Jake” T. Newcomb is a central Arkansas native who moved to Fayetteville in order to pursue his higher education. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Arkansas in 2013 and went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) in May 2018. During law school, Jake worked as a Rule XV Student Attorney for the University of Arkansas Law School’s Legal Clinic, helping individuals from around the state create non-profit entities. Jake joined the firm’s Fayetteville office directly after graduating from law school. Jake practices in a variety of law areas, including: commercial litigation, estate litigation, estate planning and administration, insurance law, real estate law and nursing home negligence defense.
