About the Speaker

I have been the Credit and Collection Manager for Roofers Supply since 2007. Prior to working for Roofers, I worked for MedOne Medical as their patient relation/collection representative and started my career in credit as the Salt Lake Credit Manager for Kenworth Sales in 2004.

I have also been a General Manager for HQ Global Workplaces (a shared executive office suite) and Sales and Marketing director and General Manager for Avanti Executive Suites. This job was a jack-of-all-trades position that allowed me to do HR, sales and leasing, IT, client projects, vendor negotiations, etc. providing services and support staff to Fortune 5 and Fortune 50 companies.

I have worked in a myriad of fields that encompassed government, business and private sectors which I feel gives me a unique perspective as I have the ability to look at things form many different directions.

I obtained both my CBA and CBF in 2005 and my CCE in March of 2013. I have served on several committees for both my local NACM Affiliate and The Intermountain Credit Education League (ICEL) in addition to serving on the ICEL Board as Vice-President (2005-2006), President (2007-2008) and Counselor (2008 -2009). I’ve also served on the NACM Intermountain Board from 2012-2015 and am currently the Membership Chair for the ICEL Board.

I’ve been active in several industry trade groups (diesel and construction) and was the past chair of the Region Contractors trade group.

I received the NACM CBF Designation of Excellence in 2008 and again in 2011 from NACM Intermountain and was awarded the National title in 2012. I’ve also received NACM (local) Mentor of the Year in 2014.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and am currently taking courses to complete my MBA. I am on track to graduate in December of this year (2017).

I’ve presented at ICEL and at National Credit Congress as well has hosted a previous webinar for NACM.

Since becoming a member of NACM, I feel that I’ve come a long way in a very short time due in large part from the support and education I received thru NACM, ICEL and its members. It would be an honor to share my excitement and passion about credit, the people, and the organizations.
