About the Webinar

Writing a company credit policy can be a daunting task, especially when starting from scratch. A company’s credit policy covers a lot of territory and is influenced by a long list of factors: company size, industry, customer markets and segmentation, company strategies and philosophy, and so much more.

There are many questions to answer when developing an effective credit policy:

  • Where to start?
  • How to structure it?
  • What to include?
  • Who to involve in the process?
  • How do you gain staff and management support?
  • How do you manage resistance?
  • How do you implement the new policy?
  • How do you enforce it?

This two-part webinar, over the course of two hours, will address these questions and more. Although it will not write a policy for you, you will gain tips and insight to develop one of your own.
