About the Speakers

Christopher Dillon Z., Galicia Law Firm

Christopher joined Galicia Abogados, S.C., as an associate of the civil and commercial litigation and arbitration practices. He is a trial lawyer on complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on financial instruments, contractual disputes, real estate, construction and energy. Christopher has also represented clients on domestic and international commercial arbitration procedures. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Escuela Libre de Derecho in 2012. He obtained a Diploma in Human Rights from Pisa University, Italy in 2016

Andrés Caro de la F., Galicia Law Firm

Andrés is an associate of bankruptcy and restructuring practice at Galicia Abogados, S.C., where he has experience in both creditor and debtor representation, whether in bankruptcy proceedings or in out-of-court workouts. He also has experience representing clients on commercial and civil litigation. Andrés obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL) in 2012 and a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law in 2017. He also worked at the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York as a judicial intern. He has taught bankruptcy, commercial litigation and legal reasoning at UANL.
